Colour therapy (chromotherapy or coloreology) is a branch of alternative medicine, the origins of which date back to BC. Even then people noticed the healing power of sunshine, as well as multicoloured rainbows. Fruit juice of different colours was considered a source of energy of the Sun God Ra. To enhance the effect of the drink, people immersed precious stones in it, thus creating the effect of rainbow glow. Red is the colour of the leader, stimulates activity, increases aggressiveness. But this shade should always be in moderation, otherwise good motives can grow into uncontrollable;
Purple stimulates the brain, but it can also contribute to a depressed mood. Just like red, it should be used in moderation, then will bring undeniable benefits to the body;
Blue helps with diseases of the central nervous system, reduces tension, calms.
