Thermal cover for a baptistry is an extremely important product if you want the ownership of a baptistry to be a positive experience and a minimum of hassle. We will list the main tasks of the thermal cover for the baptistry:

The cover consists of an inner and an outer layer. The durability and efficiency of its operation depends on the quality of materials used in the manufacture of the cover layers and design features. The outer layer of thermal covers of our production is professional marine vinyl of leading European manufacturers. This is a material that behaves perfectly in the conditions of the street, marine environment, temperature fluctuations and exposure to UV rays and water. The bottom side of the outer layer of the thermal cover is weatherproof fabric of Oxford series. This fabric gives the necessary rigidity when sewing, thanks to the peculiarities of weaving called, when the pattern of the fabric is folded into small relief squares.
The inner layer of our thermowell is unique and guarantees special durability due to the fact that the filling in the baptistry of especially dense polystyrene foam is packed hermetically in a strong shrink film. Inside, a metal stiffening rib is installed on the folding line, which prevents the thermal cover from deforming under its own weight or the weight of foreign objects. Launching a line of thermal covers for baptistry, we studied analogs of American, Canadian and Italian manufacturers, found their disadvantages, so as not to repeat someone else’s mistakes. And their main disadvantage is weak filling and thin film without heat shrink, which does not guarantee tightness and does not add rigidity to the structure. Our thermal covers do not have this disadvantage.
